BC Hop Selection Workshop
**THIS DROP-IN WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD IN ROOM 417**
The BC Hop Growers Association is proud to bring its Hop Selection Event to the BC Craft Brewers Conference. Join us to do sensory on the 2023 crop from our member growers, talk to the growers, and get tips on best practices for hop sensory. A great opportunity to discover the unique terroir of BC hops!
What will it entail:
- A hop sensory event, showcasing the 2023 crop from around the province
- Some sensory education
- All lots will be blind and we hope to have an app available for people to download and rate the samples, which will allow us to access that data as well (important for us).
