Daniel Sturgess

Daniel is Chartered Business Valuator and Chartered Professional Accountant, specializing in the valuation of business interests. With over 25 years of experience, he has been involved in hundreds of valuation assignments across a wide range of industries. Amongst other things, Daniel has valued pubs, nightclubs, sports bars, wineries, liquor stores, liquor licenses, and breweries. Daniel performs valuations for a variety of reasons, including in respect of the purchase and sale of business interests. He assists in brokering transactions, provides due diligence services (quality of earnings reports), and helps both purchasers and sellers in the negotiation of terms for the purchase. Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and young family, and is an unsophisticated but enthusiastic drinker of beer.
