CO2 Independence – What You Need to Know About CO2 Capture and Storage Systems for Breweries

The concept is simple: Free CO2. Use the CO2 you naturally create during the fermentation process so you don’t have to buy CO2 to carbonate your beer (or to carry out other processes requiring CO2, like canning). The reality hasn’t been as straightforward, or accessible—until now.

In the past, CO2 capture and storage systems were:

  • Extremely large and expensive, which meant they only made sense for extremely large-scale breweries; or
  • They came in smaller sizes but didn’t provide the ROI or CO2 independence as expected.

In this session, we are excited to talk about the evolution of commercial CO2 capture and storage technology and how breweries (other than just the behemoths) can reap the rewards they deliver.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand the CO2 Capture and Storage Process
  • Calculate the ROI of CO2 Capture and Storage for Your Business
  • Learn what to ask when researching different CO2 Capture and Storage Systems
  • Calculate how much CO2 your Brewery could be recovering
  • Learn what’s new with CO2 capture and storage and how your brewery can benefit
